I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, and although the water was crystal clear and looked perfectly fine, we were not allowed to use it the entire time. "The staff was FANTASTIC! The room looked good it was clean the beds were comfortable. We were getting the trash can out from under the sink and the biggest roach came out. We called down to the front desk they sent someone up to spray. The other issue was the bathroom door was a pocket door and the handle was ripped off.
