"Our stay was fine. Liked the bed and the space was quiet. Ameneties were great (library, common areas). Bathroom was cramped and bedroom had few horizontal surfaces for guest items that weren't cluttered with decor (a common issue we often see with B&Bs). We would happily stay again."

The grounds are beautiful and well groomed! Sitting on the screen porch at night with a cocktail was very relaxing! Cannot say enough good things about the inn and the people there! "The stay was wonderful. Could it use a little maintenance? Sure. But everything was clean and you can't beat the view. The only change I would make is maybe upgrade the mattresses as they are a bit springy but wouldn't stop us from coming back. Great place to stay overall."

Fine, its summer in New Hampshire during a heatwave so I could brush it off, but not great.
