"This hotel was absolutely brilliant right in the middle of Granada with incredibly helpful staff both on the reception and in the dining area. Nothing was too much trouble. The car park is quite difficult to find, but they did their best to help me. The pool is only a plunge pool not a swimming pool but the rooftop area is great. They just need a few more beds as once there are eight people up there there’s no space…. Exceptional loved it"

"It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here - great location, friendly staff who spoke English (a bonus!), yummy sweets in reception (another bonus!), view over Main Street and best of all - small pool on roof to cool off as it got into the 40s when I was there ... chilling with view over the city, cathedral and Alhambra. Good a/c too but a blind in the bathroom would have been good to keep sun out ... there was opaque film over for privacy but heat could still come in. Hot water did take a while to come...

"Clean and tidy hostel with balcony. Great location, however, a little noisy at night with people heading back and forth to night clubs along the street. Tea and coffee and microwave facilities in common area. If driving definately book parking underneath this hostel for 15 Euro as there is no street parking readily available and public parking is more expensive. I would stay again."
