Hotel was great and comfortable but….we asked for and received a private bathroom. It was a bathroom with no toilet only sink and tub, they were both lovely, but they were across and down a public hall and toilets were shared by all. To someone who gets up a lot in the middle of the night this was unfortunate. No air conditioning and rooms were hot. Very clean and beds were comfortable.

Should put link in emails to parking spots. When inputing the hostel address in google maps, it makes you turn crazy places and even tries to make you go pedestrian ways. Aside from that, nice place, typical noise at 2am from young adults that don’t know better, clean showers and linen.

There is no cuetain to cover the bed

It would be better if you could provide a curtain to cover the bed. I'm lucky, because there were only two female that night in the eight-mix dormitary in fact.

We had 10 hotels throughout Europe and we had to cancel due to the World Pandemic. All accepted the return except this Hotel. We could not leave our country but they did not accept the return, nor did they ever respond to the messages. Bad people

The hotel charge us city taxes but “forget” to give us the Fuessen City Card. Most of the time the hotel has no staffs. The hotel has no lifts and the kitchen on the top floor. Room are small and cramped.

Absolutely fantastic stay, but with inconveniences

I really enjoyed this hostel as it was super cute, in a prime location, and the staff were fantastic. My only complaints were that the showers and kitchen were not open all the time. They closed mid day and after 8:30pm at night. It made it super inconvenient for me to stay there when I'd be out all day and unable to use the facilities when I got back at night. The kitchen also doubled for me as a common area - it was away from the rooms and we could make noise without worrying about disturbing others.
