"The hotel is kinda old, and for the price we paid for the night, they could totally remodel or upgrade their rooms, especially the bathroom."

"Initial room which was upcharged for had several leaks from the ceiling as it rained outside. We were moved to a smaller room but not reimbursed for the up charge for the suite. Hotels are quick to up charge but never make it right when these types of things happen makes it hard to travel anymore "

"We had a good stay overall. The room was very clean and much nicer than many hotels we’ve stayed in. It included a mini fridge, which was convenient, although there was no microwave. The beds were moderately comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well kept. The pool itself was clean and large, and my 5-year-old absolutely loved it. However, the pool room itself looked a bit worn, with paint on the walls peeling pretty badly. The shower in the pool area took about 15 minutes to warm up and looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in quite a while. The hot tub was also only lukewarm. An employee did turn the heat up when we mentioned it, but unfortunately we didn’t notice any real change in the temperature, which was disappointing. Breakfast was fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. There were potatoes, sausage patties and links, scrambled eggs, biscuits with really good gravy, waffles, assorted muffins, juices, and other options. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, the room and breakfast were great, and the pool itself was enjoyable, but the hot tub and pool area could use some improvement."

"We had three rooms. One reserved through the hotel and 2 through hotels.com. The two through hotels.com were side by side on the 4th floor. Had to move my family out of both. We found one of them was to be out of service altogether. It had water problems and the carpet was wet and dark fluid in the sink. The room next to it also had a sink and shower leak that made the carpet wet. It smelled mildewy and the air was warm and moist even though the air was on. Our third room had an air conditioner that had a loud noise that occurred every time it kicked off. It woke everyone in the room on the hour. The next morning, my in-laws went down for breakfast. They were there when staff brought food out. It was cold. All 7 of us decided we shouldn’t have stayed there. "

"Random sock still left in room, stained bedding but I bring my own because of allergies. Older property and subpar cleaning. Gets the job done as far as a room but grossly overpriced for not being clean and little available outside of average pastries."
