"Like many of the reviews mention this was 100% a 5* experience. This was a wonderful, boutique hotel that I will be recommending to any friends or family traveling to Mallorca. As someone who works in the travel industry, I have high standards and this hotel met every one of them. I highly recommend you eat at the hotel’s restaurant, my partner and I agreed this was the best meal of our 8-day trip. Kudos to this beautiful property and even better on-site team. "

"This property has little presence and while it claims to be 4-star, is at best a 3-star. Our room was tired and while a Jr. Suite the furniture in the Living Area was ancient and of poor quality. The day-time staff people are great. Some of the issues revolve around poor WiFi, an HVAC control system only in German, a locked safe, and poor pillows. Breakfast is ok, though we bought our coffee elsewhere as the machine did not produce coffee to our groups liking."

"Centrally located within a quiet square in Palma. Roof top pool, bar and lounging area provided a restful and invigorating alternative to sightseeing with beautiful panoramic views of cathedral, local churches and local civic buildings. Interiors were outstanding and the restuarant, bar and reception area provided a pleasant experience. In particular the breakfast menu was excellent. Finally, the staff could not be more respectful and helpful recommending excellent restaurants within the area...

"The location (right behind La Seu Cathedral of Palma) is perfect. The building the hotel is in was built in the 15th century and has been in the Cirera family for 300 years. This history is visible in the hotel while still looking very well maintained and polished. The design of the rooms fit very well with the history of the building. The service of the receptionist Marie was very nice. She was very welcoming, calm and accomodating. She personally guided us to her room while telling us all...

"This hotel is beautiful and located on a lively square. Breakfast options are good, and you can walk to everything. The waterfront is nearby and there are lots of restaurants and shopping on the square. The only issue is parking and dropping off/picking up luggage. I recommend not renting a car in Palma and making other transportation arrangements. "

"Der Service war perfekt -vom Empfang bis zum Housekeeping. Das Hotel als solches ist sehr stilvoll und charmant gestaltet. Alle Zimmer sind unterschiedlich eingerichtet aber in jedem findet man eine Nespresso-Maschine und Wasser zur freien Verfügung. Wunderschöne, wenn auch kleine Dachterrasse mit einem Pool, der eher zur Abkühlung denn zum Schwimmen geeignet ist."
