Rooms were clean, Wi-Fi was great, TV was great, there was a security box for your valuables, small fridge, heating rack for your towels, ironingboard, iron, hairdryer, bed was comfortable, no daily room service, but you could request it, it was very centrally located near the train station so everything was close by. "I loved this hotel near the Munich East train station. It was quick and easy to get into Munich to the airport. And had some great little restaurants nearby. Highly recommend if you’re traveling through Munich."

"The spa staff does not enforce the rules of the spa at all. The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it. My wife and I will no longer stay at a Sofitel, we will try someone new."

"Lovely hotel. Very impressed with lobby, great first impressions. Staff very friendly. Initially happy with room , bed very comfortable. Hotel room far too hot, despite lowering temperature to minimum, so had to open window… then noise from outside horrendous. Woke up every hour with police sirens and construction vehicles parked outside in street and people shouting. Choice of no sleep from either too hot or too noisy. Would not recommend room overlooking road Schwanthalerstraße. "
