"The room we had was recently renovated. Our room had the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service from the train station for arriving guests. "I've never stayed at a 4* hotel so I might be oblivious to things that others consider "normal", but damn that was a nice room! One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel, great shower, spacy room, and air conditioned (seemed to be a luxury in Switzerland, maybe I'm just cheap).
