"Overall property was a nice resort. However, turndown service for the room was not automatic and apparently had to be specifically requested at check-in. Otherwise nobody will come to the room to clean it up and switch towels."

"All of the staff was not very informative of the property and the amenities when you ask, the answers were just not firm and confident , basically passing it off to somebody else, for instance, where is the ice machine, the Bellman should've offered to get it. It was literally 20 steps away and your in our room anyway , our room was fine, our bed was quite comfortable, but for 300+ just think that the amenities should have been better.
