"Well, when we first arrived, they said our reservation had been canceled, which is bull. The shower barely worked at all, the room smelled like old smoke at 1am in the morning there were guests above us constantly walking back-and-forth that made very loud creeks in the floor absolutely horrible until 5:30 in the morning. "Very bad experience with this hotel. Hotel/room are smell like weed and staff are not helpful to solve the situation. I have complained that the room above us has someone walking all night making noise and I was checking with the receptionist to help with this situation. But, no available and I had restless night stay. Will not recommend this hotel at all. Stay away from this hotel. 👎👎"

"The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well."

"Old hotel. Elevator wasn’t working the whole 3 nights stay. We have to carry our luggages to the stairs to the third floor. The room was old, the front door locked but there’s a noticeable gap. The bathroom is so small. When a person is sitting in the commode and someone opens the door, it will hit the person sitting in the commode.parking is so difficult. Not a whole lot of options or choices on the breakfast buffet."
