Kitchen had all we needed for a three night stay., a few things in the lodge needed attention, broken faucet over bath, bug screens, possibly more than one tea towel for longer stays would be great, and new sponges per stay as no spray n wipe provided. "

"Fabulous stay at this beautiful property. Location was amazing, loved the wildlife visiting. Open fire was perfect on a cool night, everything was provided to get it going. Breakfast provisions were plentiful, lovely surprise in fridge was enjoyed in the very spacious spa bath. Would have loved to have stayed longer, highly recommend. "

"This property is surrounded on both sides by the Grampians, nestled near the town centre of Halls Gap. Plenty of wild animals to see, kangaroos, wallabies, deer and ducks are all plentiful. Your nearest neighbour is the sister house to this one (The one we stayed at was called bushland, but ironstone is also available.) Bushland is actually in a better spot as it is situated by itself, whereas ironstone is located close to another house (within 10m) so if you are after seclusion I would pick...

"It was a cute little caravan park with cute cabins around the lake. It was very peaceful and the kids liked the pool and playground. The location was great. "
