We had an event that night I was needing to get ready for so the additional wait time was stressful. The window in our room did not work so I could not lower or raise the blinds, which limited the natural light in the room. "The property was nice from the outside, but the rooms were terrible. The towels were extremely dirty door handle sink faucet was falling off, extremely poor to stay at"

"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay."

"The reception representative was very nice. However, the hotel is being renovated so there were boxes all in the front entrance area and all along the hallway on the floor the room was on. Good signage everywhere to notify guests. Room was clean. I arrived late and it was very quiet so easy to get to sleep- no work being done that would wake one up."

"The employees are what make this hotel so special. From the front desk to the people who set up the breakfast buffet just the people who are vacuuming the hallways. They smiled when they saw you coming they said good morning. They just made you feel good."

"Horrible experience, the old man at the front desk was rude. The rooms are terrible spiders everywhere stains on the sheets no matter how many sheets you ask to change. Bathroom shower curtain are moldy, air conditioners smells horrible. Not pet friendly even though they say they are. The guy seen my dog at check in waved pet fee because she is under 30lbs, six hours into check in they kick me out because I had a pet and didn’t want to give me a refund for the remainder of my stay. "Wasn’t terrible just unhappy being put in a handicap room when the place was more than half empty. So watch if you book through site they seemed unhappy that I booked through Expedia and maybe they put me there on purpose"
