"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"Overall I’m happy enough with my stay but I’m going to leave an honest review. So, linens and bathroom were clean which is obviously very important. The bed was very comfortable which is also a huge plus. The hotel felt much more like a hostel than I expected based on the photos and description. The lighting in the room was difficult - there was overhead lighting but no lamp that could be moved and really no gentle lighting at all except for the LED strip behind the bed. "I really don’t want to sound that grumpy, but there are pros and cons for this hotel. Smooth check in, not that clean room, as I had no asthma attacks for years, and after I entered the room I struggled breathing. The same happened on the 2nd night, so I asked to vacuum clean the floor and this was accommodated. Not sure if it was placebo effect but I could breath in the room. Very noisy room, could hear traffic, people outside until 2am (for 3 nights) at 6am rubbish removal, road traffic...

"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it works for me very well with regards to logistics and its strategic location. It’s easy to reach by tube from the city cat from the airport.You can also be in the city centre within tens minutes by tube and there’s also a great tram network on the doorstep helping exploring easy. "Beware of this hotel. I had a package booked for eight days but unfortunately I could not go because my passport had less than 90 days to expire. Expedia got in contact with the hotel manager a day before my arrival and he/she denied the approval to refund the money. He/she said cannot be cancelled or modified, the whole stay will be the charges. I lost all my money that only god knows how hard is for us seniors to save money to reward ourselves. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Two night stay, couldn't be closer to Wein Hbf (Vienna central train station). Walking distance to Belvedere Palace. Clean rooms, quiet, helpful staff, the three we staff interacted with spoke English. Easy to pick up a tour at the train station. If our travels take us through Wein Hbf, will stay again."
