"The stay was lovely & the grounds were outstanding & beautiful, looked like a botanical garden. Steve the caretaker does an outstanding job on the gardens & he was so friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was great & the rooms spacious & very clean. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay & we would highly recommend it to anyone, rgds, ☺️"

"Colonial Club is a home away from home . I stay often as I am elderly & have a lot of Hospital Visits so my husband who is my Carer lives that this resort is clise to hisputal , has its own restaraunt , beautiful coffee & is ooen from 6.30 am for food.Rooms are comfy our favourite is Superior Room , staff are kind & caring & front desk always upgrades & has disability over toilet frame & shower chsir in room as I am in a wheelchair . We love the pools as well , such a great resort & suits...

"Staff are so rude and unhelpful I already wrote on review on google and Expedia. avoid this place if you want quality and polite staff. room nice enough but not worth the money , breakfast is fair at best, we tried it one time then we ended up having breakfast at the pullman and it was excellent"

"The room was clean, we loved having the double sliding doors to the balcony because it was having extra outside air in the evenings. Morning was nice on the balcony as well. The bed was a bit hard for me, but fine for my wife. The hot water must be tied into the neighboring room because I got cold spikes in the shower one of the mornings while I was the only one in our bathroom. The tv was only bright enough to see at night with the room dark, with no s available adjustments, but that worked out...

"The property was quite nice! The cooling system was inconsistent from room to room in the two bedroom apartment. It was not able to be regulated by the thermostat. Otherwise we loved the apartment and the facilities. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful."

"Plaza Hotel is in a great location on the Esplanade, but a bit removed from the busiest areas so it is quieter at night. The room was excellent except the bathroom could use an upgrade to lighting (only a couple of overhead lights so hard to see clearly in the mirror and shower). The staff were friendly and helpful. Our ocean view suite had a great view of the water."
