"We visited Manali as part of our trip to India. I choose Tiaraa in Manali after a bit of research. Even though I did research, I was still a bit afraid of the place have choose to stay. I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room. "It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."

"We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch "
