I liked the family room as we had seperate bedrooms and small kitchen and living area- lits of space. The hotel does look dated on some ways, but is in line with what I would expect for the price point and what we needed the hotel for. It didn't negatively ompact our stay- as it was still clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there...

"Staff were lovely. The room was average, but there was no bath plug, and the fridge and microwave didn’t work, which was one of the reasons I booked this room. "

"The bathroom was not very clean and we where there for 4 nights and every night we got back to the room we had to get the key card redone which was a pan when we where upstairs in the and snowing. Then the second night there where people banging on the door at 4am 2 doors down and the three and forth night there fast a big fight form the same people at 2am. The railing, on the second level was strapped to the roof with stap and In zip ties."
