"Completely disappointed, when I arrived at the hotel they told me that the system was down…. And they said that I had to wait hours for check in… I had an event to attend and I was needed to dress up, they don’t gave me the option to had a room and later check in when the system came back, so I went to another place to be on time for my event. I called later and they denied me a refund! Thanks for nothing!"
