"Fantastic place to stay! It is nothing fancy but unit 303 is spacious, comfortable and really clean. Loved the cozy bedding, pillows, decor and nice TV(s). The ocean view is minimal but it’s there. Great location and is walkable to the beach however we didn’t attempt the trail due to having a busy toddler. Overall facility is inviting and clean. Staff are very friendly too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!"

The owner was incredibly kind—he upgraded our room and even worked with me on the price when it was initially out of budget. "Easy check in, shopping and restaurants in walking distance,easy parking..Bad was horrible..we had a room with queen bed and then a trundle bed and I slept on the bed that pulled out and when I went to lay down on it and it touched the floor and the person sleeping on the top trundle he said same very uncomfortable and all night long I heard squeaky. Mattress was very uncomfortable but everything was great the cleaning was awesome and the amenities. Enjoyed the view."

"Great, clean, roomy place, short walk to town. Staff was friendly and readily accessible. My only complaint would be the parking. There are four spaces out back for about ten rooms; while there is plenty of street parking it’s a three hour limit between 8 am and 8 pm. This might be a problem when it’s busier. I would not hold this against the property, just an fyi. Great location, very nice room, nice staff."
