"Stayed here for multiple nights, group of 3 people. Our first night was in the heatwave, so it was quite hot with no AC, only two fans. Otherwise, very comfortable rooms and living space, very clean, extremely well located in the city - you are 30 seconds from the main canal! The team was very responsive and we had no issues there.
