"Free breakfast was mainly bread and jam but free is free. Also free coffee. On top of a restaurant so expect noise until they close. Bit of a tough uphill walk back from waterfront but doable."

"There is no elevator and our room was on the third floor. One of the staff brought our luggage upstairs however next day we had a train in the morning for Como. Staff outright said there will be no one in the morning until 9 or 10 am to help bring down luggage. There is no taxi available and she insisted we take the bus to train station which was about 9 km . It was very frustrating as we are senior citizens. "We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna...

"Das Hotel in erster Linie ist nicht zu überragen, weshalb der Preis lediglich darauf basiert. Die Zimmer hingegen sind eher schlicht und klein. Wir hatten ein großes Premium-Zimmer mit Seeblick, trotzdem war das Badezimmer minimalistisch und auch der Raum insgesamt eher klein. Der TV hatte gefühlt schon knapp 15 Jahre hinter sich und war nur etwa 27–30 Zoll groß. Das Telefon an der Rezeption war mit seinen vermutlich 30 Jahren ebenfalls interessant anzusehen, da es schon abgenutzt...

"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."
