They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. The view was beautiful, the location was excellent for exploring the area, and the service provided by Gregor and Viktor was outstanding. They were helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. "This chalet was beautiful, it was typical of the area, the inside was renovated and clean and comfortable and the outside was perfect due to the beautiful and unobstructed view. The host was super helpful and responsive. Very strong communication and always available. The area itself is really peaceful and relaxing for small or big walks and discovering the hills. The little store inside the cabin was helpful for water or whatever and other food & drink items. The host was also very helpful...

"Because of a large party, there initially was no parking. Staff initially made no effort to help. Again, because of large party, we were given very little attention when trying to check in. As for the bathroom, the shower drain was very slow. Wife took off cover and found drain covered with hair, thus the slow draing. Just gross. Overall, like most times, you get would you pay for. "

"Small boutique hotel. 12 good sized rooms per floor, three floors. Clean, modern hotel. Serves breakfast but no restaurant. No restaurants adjacent. Staff very nice and spoke perfect English. Air conditioner in my room clunked like it was a hundred years old. Impossible to sleep with it turned on. Only solution offered was to open window, which admittedly worked as the evenings cooled off."

Staff helpful but hotel sparing on extras, like a kettle or coffeemaker in room. Room had stale smell of cigarette smoke. A/c good. Breakfast good but not real dairy in coffeemaker. Comfortable room except for stale smoke smell. Window opens. Quiet, at least on mountain/field side."
