"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very courteous. Shuttle service was great to and from the airport. Upon entering the room, a bit of a musty odour, however room was clean and well maintained for the most part. Restaurant is large and bright. Food offerings are good, with good quantities and taste."

"First room we received was very small and uninviting, we went to see if we could get a better rm and thankfully the staff was very accommodating and that rm was fine! Thank you Holiday Inn! Much appreciated! "

"The kitchen was equipped and the room was clean. Nice staff. Lake view was overlooking the boat storage area which distracted from a clear view of tge lake. "

"Washroom Tap was broken and shower tap was shaking. Staff were rude and disrespectful. There is a big gap in elevator and floor- my luggage cart got stuck twice. "

"The room and hotel itself was beautiful but the lack of regulation was frustrating. My stay was 4 days total with a break of one day in between. I had exams so I was unable to use the amenities in the hotel. By the time I came on Thursday the hotel was packed with children. These kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone on deck not having a care in the world which prevented others from enjoying the pool. When complaining to the reception she essentially told me that the hotel staff have...

"Not at all worth of money I paid for one night. No hot water from the shower. When requested for the same, i got a respond stating no hot water, instead you need to prepare the same using the cattle for bath. In the next moring again reuqested for the same however by the time support staff came and finally decided to fix the issue, my check out time recahed. Not a good experience at all. Customer service is something requured imporvement."
