"Overall it was a great experience. Complimentary breakfast was a surprise and it was very good. Staff was exceptionally nice and very helful. The airport taxi was arranged by the hotel and was excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only downside was that my room was on a cooler side even with the warm air on. And I missed having coffee/tea maker in the room. "

"Hotel was well located and central. The staff were very helpful and even parked our car for us in the private gated car park behind the hotel, which we could see from our room. Our room was very comfortable and modern. Bed was very comfy. Excellent breakfast - lots of good quality choices. One slight down side was that I had to tell reception a couple of times that I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the room vent.
