"The hotel offered excellent service from check in to departure, extremely clean and well appointed, a good selection and variety of breakfast choices. At the time we stayed the temperatures were extremely high into late 30degrees and at the time of our stay the bar had moved outside to the roof terrace which normally would be good a somewhere to sit and have a cool drink would have been appreciated. The location is very close to all attractions and easily and quickly reached , but walking out...

"Staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything done with a smile and are always incredibly helpful. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Beds are large and comfortable, I always get some of the best sleep of a trip here. Location is perfect to see all the sights and shopping or restaurant areas. Great hotel for business or pleasure. "I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"Fabulous stay at a very attractive property in the heart of Turin. Pretty room, welcoming public spaces and very helpful staff. It was during a heat wave in high 30’s when we stayed and we would have liked to be able to turn up the air conditioning in our room to a higher level, but that was a small issue. Would make a point of staying here again."

The best part is that this is a really centrally located hotel, as it’s across the street from the main train station. So if you plan to do day trips to other cities like Milan, I could only recommend this hotel. As knowing my hotel was literally across the street made it so much easier to return after a long day."

"Great location for wandering into the old town, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. The hotel itself is quiet but my room did overlook a main road so if you're sensitive to traffic and the occasional siren, maybe check if you can have a room on the other side (didn't bother me and the AC drowned most of it out).
