Little thing we did miss was a complimentary water in room which is always appreciated when arriving late to get you over the first night. Reception and maintenance staff friendly and efficient. Felt safe and got an excellent night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel and use again."

"Hotel Berna is the perfect location to tour Milan. It is a very pretty and the rooms are spacious with cherry wood flooring. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious also. The best part of staying at Hotel Berna is the wonderful staff and delicious food. The morning buffet has something for every taste, including a juicer with fruits and vegetables. This is a true treasure among the beauty of Milan."

"Lovely Hotel just off attractive main street Corso Buenos Aires, Immediate area seems to be up & coming but staff & security were good & effective so it felt safe. Walking directions from station were fine if you take the correct station exit. A taxi to the hotel would be easiest. You can take line two to Loreto & walk along an safe street 10 mins or change for line one to Lima a 3 mins walk to the hotel. "

"7 or 8 minute walk from Central Train Station and many restaurants in area made this rental very convenient. With these apartment style rentals/hotels where they have rooms in an apartment complex, often they have limited or no front desk service (here it was 7:30am - 1:00pm). You definitely need to communicate (whatsapp is perfect) esoecially if you leave or arrive during off hours. I was sent a code to access the doors. I must say that a much lower price offset the inconvenience of not having...

"The hotel is in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood although minutes from the central station. It has very good transport links. The breakfast was an actual rival to 5 star hotel with home- made quiches and tarts and many other options. My room was very clean comfortable and spacious, although had this glass wall to the bathroom which many hotels now do, the trend of which I do not understand. The fire alarm check went on for too long however, that nobody warned me about and I had to reschedule...

"One night stopover stay in Milan. Hotel was perfectly located for train and to explore the city. All staff were courteous and friendly. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable. I would like to have stayed longer."
