"Amazing experience from our arrival to checkout. The front desk staff and valet were so kind and helpful. I ordered room service for breakfast which was presented beautifully and delicious. Perfect location in Milan, in walking distance to the city's center, great shopping and dining. One of the best hotels I have stayed at! I would defintely return next time I am in Milan. "The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay."

"Th staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but in need of upgrades (the bathroom in particular). The baseboard was separating from the wall, the floor seemed to buckle in certain areas from moisture i guess and the shower showed definite signs of wear."
