"The hotel provides you with a parking tag, but it is very difficult to find parking near, lugging the luggage around on this type of pavement is extremely difficult. It would have been helpful to provide a map around the hotel to locate street parking."

"A simply lovely small hotel in the heart of the old town. Beautiful decoration, thoughtful touches in the rooms. The staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Even though parking is not offered, they helped with a parking permit. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location walking distance to everything in Ioannina. Highly recommended."

"Das Zimmer war sauber, wie beim letzten Mal. Was ich nicht so toll fand ist, dass die Unterkunft mit einem Parkplatz angegeben ist. Das ist auch so allerdings ist es wirklich nur ein Parkplatz und dieses Mal war es sehr mühsam einen anderen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu suchen. "

Booked what they called their "superior double room," and it was tiny—barely enough space to open both suitcases without them blocking the path to the bathroom. Felt more like a glorified closet than a proper hotel room. Check-in staff (young woman at the front desk) was completely indifferent—minimal eye contact, no smile. "Clean and comfortable and enough room for 2 people. Convenient for restaurants. Easy parking on site. Bathroom well equipped. Very good value for the price. "

"Stayed as a couple in early April 2026. Very welcoming and kind staff, spacious clean room with partial lake view and a terrace with nice outdoor seats and table. Shower needs refurbishment - tile grouting refresh and fixing gap in plastic closure that allowed water to leak on the bathroom floor. Not in control of the host, but rooms are not well sound proofed another guest one floor above was walking in the room in high heels around midnight which was quite disturbing, so pack your earplugs....

"Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day."
