"Room wasn’t the same as depicted on Expedias website. There are no ocean front views only side views. They upgraded us to a PH room and we found a flying roach the size of my finger! The first manager Rafael was accommodating with the room upgrade but the guy at the front desk after we found the roach was rude, unhelpful and had no phone etiquette or manners. The other manager Mike did help us get our refund after the front desk guy lied and said we checked out at 12am when we left the property...

"It’s cheap and decently clean. Airport shuttle only took about 15 min even though the front desk said 45. She did not understand English on the phone very well though and got frustrated and hung up on my husband. Bed was comfy, breakfast looked like mostly white bread and yogurt so we skipped it. Close to airport and port."

"Have stayed at this place over the years. They keep trying to make it better and better which they do and the staff is always very helpful. I don't know if it was just a bad day in the kitchen yesterday for dinner but the food was just okay and extremely salty however, overall our stay was very enjoyable and the staff does everything they can do to make you feel welcomed and comfortable"

"Beautiful property on the beach with comfortable beds. Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful."

"Realmente me sorprendio que este hotel no estuviera bien limpio ya que habia visto buenos reviews, las sabanas estaban llenas de pelos, el colchon estaba todo manchado. Nos cambiaron de habitacion y la siguiente habitacion el cabezal de la cama tenia como fluidos. Realmente muy mala experiencia"

"Front desk service is extremely slow and they aren’t very friendly. All of the treadmills were not working nor could the maintenance man fix them.
They charge guests for parking. The breakfast is average at best. Very disappointing.
The best experience was being serviced by a man named Raymond at breakfast. "
