"The room was ok, an older motel. Room was clean with no breakfast but lower price. "

"Everything was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was they only have 2 handicap parking spots. Other than that I highly recommend the facility. "

"The air conditioner was extremely loud. Sounded like the motor was going out. Staff did apologize and brought a fan to our room. Not much of a breakfast. Beds were every high. "

"I rented a double bedroom, but when I showed up there were no more available, thankfully they had a king with a fold out couch that would work we were able to switch to. I cannot eat gluten, so the breakfast was a moot point and the others with me were not impressed by it. The room was not very clean, and the toilet seat did not fit the actual toilet so that was weird. The water pressure was TERRIBLE and even though we would have loved a bath we couldnt trust the cleanliness sadly."

"TV did not work, but staff fixed it. Toilet was dirty, but i took care of that. Other than that, i would stay there again. Just wish they still had an eatery still there. "

"First we will start with the good. Front desk was friendly, building is very nice inside and our room was very clean! Now my $170 a night it’s overly expensive when you factor in that at that price you aren’t getting free breakfast when every other hotel in the area is offering that. The bigger problem with it being a paid breakfast was that there was nothing special about it. The typical hot breakfast you get anywhere else; eggs sausage bacon. "Your mattress was terrible and the shower was difficult to get a nice temp that wasn’t either too hot or too cold but the worst part was that you charged me an additional 20.00 for my stay when I didn’t purchase any incidentals and when I called to question the charge I got passed around from one person to the next until I gave up. That is THEFT!!! "

"Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I would’ve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. "

"We found that the elevator frightened us each time we used it. Shaking and grinding sounds need an immediate inspection. We observed people who did not have keys waiting outside the pool to gain entrance as we left. Staff security could be improved. Tell us where you are remodeling. A search of all floors Wes needed to find vending machines."

"The sheets were gross. They advertised a pool but it was shut down. Permanently. The lobby smelled like BO. The tvs only have basic cable and no way to stream services. The breakfast only had one hot option, pancakes. "

"We have stayed at this hotel before but will not again. We specifically love the large slide at the pool for my young daughter. Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced and was closed on this trip, but was understandable. However, we booked a double queen room, but instead were given a queen and a pull out couch. The A/C in our room also did not work. Definitely will be looking elsewhere on our next trip to Salina. "

"The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was spotless as well. The staff was very polite at check-in, and the hotel was quiet with no issues during my stay. I also really appreciated that they allowed me to check in as a student, even though I didn't meet the usual age requirement!"

"Eric at the front desk was very nice and helpful upon check-in. The property was clean, quiet, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was hot and fresh. Will definitely stay again next time in McPherson, KS."

"Reserved a king bed room, had to settle for 2 queen beds. Water was leaking through floor tiles, changed rooms. Room we agreed to had a big cobweb in corner of room and a lot of hair in bathroom. Staff was pleasant with what they have to work with. Would not recommend. "

"Breakfast was great and staff did great keeping items filled even with it being really busy. Check in lady was great and very sweet and great. Only big issue was literally had to let the shower run for 20 + minutes before the water started getting warm and the chlorine levels in the pool were crazy high that it was hard to breath. Otherwise staff and property were very nice"

"We did not use the amenities as we only were there for the night. Room was clean enough but definitely not spotless. We stayed twice, a week apart and found the same children’s toys under the beds each time. Walking up to our room, the carpet was coming off of the stairs and paint was coming off the wall. For the price it’s an alright motel"
