"The rooms are clean and the staff is incredibly friendly, which is why my family has made staying here an annual Memorial Day tradition. Unfortunately, the building is visibly degrading and urgently needs a remodel. During our recent stay, the elevator failed twice—the doors closed, but it stalled completely for about four minutes before finally moving. Additionally, the pool area needs fresh paint and better screening to hide ongoing construction. The complimentary breakfast was also very...

"Remodeling. Trash everywhere and was not being cleaned up. Pool was disgusting. It was dirty. The information on cruise parking was misleading. The room was clean but that was all. The breakfast did not have milk available for cereal or drinking. The choices of food was very limited."

"The room was spacious and clean. My only complaints are about the bathroom. The toilet paper was very thin. They could get better quality and people wouldn’t use as much. Also the bathroom light automatically turn on the fan. Not great when you go at night and wake up your spouse. These are small grievances and overall this is a great place to stay while on The Island."

"Quiet clean rooms."

"The peep hole in our door was missing, giving you a clear view into the room. The floor in the room was sticky in places and clearly had not been swept. A little over an hour before check out time we got on the elevator with a member of house keeping and was asked what room we were in and when we were “getting out”. I can forgive the coffee machine being broken at breakfast but the rest…100% avoidable"
