This was a perfect little house for a family to have a fun little getaway. Close to the beach and all the fun. The house was super clean when we arrived and was already cooled down. Instructions to check in were clear as can be and had zero questions. Was able to reach out to the host and get in a few minutes early without any issues. Overall probably the best experience renting a home I have ever experienced. 5 out of 5 recommend stay here!!

We loved how close we were to the beach and the pier. The condo was clean and well decorated. The rooms were big and spacious and the outside area was very nice. The amazing view from the top deck was definitely a plus!!!! The owner provided a list of fun things to do on the island and he was very quick to respond to messages. We didn’t have any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again!!!!

The home was nice. Just a short walk to the pier, the trollies and the beach. Not much of a need to drive many places. We loved that part. It is very close to some bars. We had a bunch of kids and was concerned about that but no one bothered us and it wasn't noisy. The neighbors were friendly who lived around there. Very minor complaints and they were just inconveniences.

The property was very unclean. The bathroom was dirty; the bathtub had hair in it. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils were dirty. There were bugs in the bathroom and bedrooms. Horrible communication and response from the manager, who was very loud and rude, unprofessional, loudmouthed, and very disrespectful upon my requesting to stay longer past the check-out time and offered to pay more. Awful experience; I will never return to this place, and I do NOT recommend it!
