Real good location right next to the spot the staff was great and everything was so clean but I wish the elevators were better they took a while for only it being 6 floors we used the stairs most of the time to get to our floor and down

The rooms were cleaned well and the lobby was clean. My only concern is the pool. There are no wrist bands or monitoring. People who were not guest were coming from the beach and it was very very crowded and not as safe. They need someway to monitor pool

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites were located at a very convenient location. The room was extra sizey, the balcony was a little small but doable. Loved the bathroom and the very nice shower. Will stay there again.

The breakfast was great! Staff at breakfast kept it clean and well stocked. Our room was falsely advertised. We expected a family room with three queen beds and beachfront balcony. Instead we had one king, a horrible pullout sofa and had to go buy an air mattress for 2 to sleep on the floor. The bathroom water was never cold. Our worst issue was parking! My husband and I are both disabled. We had to walk a block to the parking garage. The elevator was blocked off the entire stay. That meant I had to then climb stairs to the 2nd or 3rd level every day and then down when we returned. There are only 7 handicap spots. The spots are tight and getting in and out was hard. Street parking is only allowed for 2 hours. Breathing is difficult for me. I wish I had known. I paid big bucks and was very disappointed.

My review is from the standpoint of a parent with two young children, one who has cognitive, hearing, and mobility impairment. The parking lot is across a street and behind the hotel. The only wheelchair route coming from the garage to the hotel is at the street corners where the street is uneven and likely impassable for a larger person. The hotel itself is extremely nice and has lots of space in the room and common areas for a wheelchair. The staff were really nice.
