"I really enjoyed my stay. I had so much fun with the entertainment. The hot tub was amazing. My room was very clean and fresh each day. The first desk ladies were very nice and helpful.
There were two things I didn’t like. I used my debit card to reserve my room. When I got there my debit card was charged an additional $200 for some fees that would be refunded if no damages were made. But then I was told that the credit back to my debt card could take up to ten days. That wasn’t cool at all.
I didn’t like that my room was at the end of the hall, across from a door to the stairs. . It made me feel uncomfortable with my back turned trying to unlock my door every time I opened my door. I didn’t know if someone would appear from that door. I came in one night and one of male worker was too close to my door sweeping the hall that evening. I was already feeling paranoid about bring at the end of the hall right across from the stairs any way. He was polite and didn’t do anything wrong but it made feel a little eerie being a single women coming in.
Other than that, everything was great. I would book again but I will use a credit card the next time and ask not to be put in the last room down the hall by the stairs."
