"We stayed here Saturday June 13th. Unfortunately there is a “culture “ of entitlement developing at this particular location. The bar and wait staff on the 9th floor lounge and the main floor bar treat the patrons with blatant disregard. We arrived late in the evening around 9:15 and went to the 9th floor lounge around 9:30 and were told they closed in 15 minutes so no food service. Then we went to the main floor bar where we learned there is no wait staff, which is fine but where to stand at...

"Staff was great, friendly & helpful, room was clean and nice. Loved the balcony from the room. 4th floor was under construction, so that’s always a bummer. And the elevators were kind of worrisome with how much they shook. Overall great trip. Would definitely look into staying there again once construction is finished."

"No coffee pot in room. No breakfast. People above us on 3rd floor made a lot of noise!! Will not stay again! Beds were double not queen."

"Clean room Parking"

"To start with the mattresses were really old & smell in addition the mattress in the sofabed showed signs of rust & spoilage. The AC compressor was inside the room and we heard loud noises all night long. To top it off cockroaches were rampant at night to the point my son and I had one on our head and neck and had to chase it waking up the whole family. Horrible stay. Thank you"

"due to power outage lasting the better part of the day, we left one day early as we did not care to stay in a room without any power. also water was coming in thru the patio door and many many towels had to be used so as not to flood the room. had to carry down bags 4 flights of scary dark stairs. hotel refused to give us a room credit that we had already paid for to use to future stay or money credit. if you involved in this credit or refund, please contact at this email"

"I had booked another hotel that was NOTHING like the pictures and twice the price of the listed price the day of my reservation. I declined the room due to unsafe location, misrepresentation of property and price inconsistency. Being without a room at 10 pm with a 2year old and a 3 year old I sought a new location and found Home2suite. For same price as previous room it was clean, in a good location and comfortable."
