"The beds were like sleeping on stone to such a degree we left early cuz we couldnt sleep. The pillows were awful. "Staff was amazing. We got off a cruise ship and ended up at the hotel around 11:30 a.m. we knew a room wouldn't be ready but was wondering about them holding our luggage.
