"When we got there they accidentally gave us a room key to the wrong room and I sent my 12 year old into an occupied room at 2 am. When I let the staff know they were not apologetic and just gave me the correct key. Also we did not have hot water the entire time and I called twice!"

"Okay so we stayed for 5 days. The rooms at first glance, are adorable. We didn't see any bugs it smelled nice. The bathroom was clean. But there is mold on the ceiling. The rooms get very humid if the a/c is above 64, hence the mold. Another thing was the cable they use went out anytime it rained. ..."
