It was a nice facility and the onsite parking was convenient. Our waiter for breakfast was very attentive, despite the fact that he had a very large tour group to take car of.

The Twelve was perfect for a weekend stay in Galway. It was a great sized room with a king sized bed. Lovely little touches... a welcome card with some cake from the bakery on arrival. Even though there is a busy bar/restaurant on ground floor and another restaurant on the first floor it was really quiet. I would stay again!

Our stay at the twelve hotel was wonderful from the hospitality of the staff, great service, and wonderful breakfast every morning that was included within our package. The property itself is tucked away outside of downtown Galway but close enough to drive in or take a taxi to the city center. It is very quiet and perfect for families as they have suites with an adjoining room for kids. We had a party of 10 ppl and each family thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the twelve hotel. We look forward to visiting again!

The Twelve was very comfortable and had a lot of character which is something we appreciate when traveling abroad! The room was large and well appointed and had a separate loving room area which was nice to have as an option for relaxing. The pizza restaurant attached was a nice addition as there wasn’t much nearby that was open (to be fair, it was the night before Easter Sunday in the off season, but it’s also about 10 minutes outside of Galway, so keep that in mind). The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would definitely stay again.

Great location outside the city, perfect for my ferry out of Rossaveel the next morning. Knocked it down a star for how horribly disappointed I was by the mattress with springs jutting in to me, noise of the heating unit and mildew in the shower. Dinner in the restaurant was decent, breakfast great as well.

Food was ok, but nothing special…coffee was terrible and Americano I ordered after dinner tasted old and like it had been microwaved for 3 min and scalding and burnt, not particularly impressed. Room was nice enough.

Wonderful hotel with big, clean and well maintained rooms. King bed was an actual king bed size and rooms come with a little bar area where you can enjoy a drink or use the fridge to store your food. If you want, you can get a Google TV from the front desk to stream movies or shows from your phone. Hotel has great dining options, a nice bar and great breakfast. Plenty of parking is available.

Schönes Hotel mit vielen liebevollen Details, Einrichtung zwar teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut gepflegt. Das Hotelkonzept ist gut durchdacht und bietet einiges an Komfort. Super Bar mit gutem Essen, warmes Frühstück wird frisch und kreativ zubereitet. Wir sind als Gruppe angereist und wollten die Zimmerbelegung von 3-Bett- auf 2-Bett-Zimmer ändern. Bezahlen mussten wir aber das über Expedia gebuchte, etwas teurere 3-Bett-Zimmer, da uns die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption erklärte, das Hotel könne eine Buchung von Drittanbietern nicht ändern - was wir akzeptierten, bis wir ein paar Tage im nächsten Hotel eincheckten, und dort der Preis ganz von selbst geändert wurde. Deshalb ein Punkt Abzug - die Hotels können von sich aus den Preis ändern, wenn sie wollen, und dafür erhalten alle anderen volle Punkte beim Service und hier gibt es einen Punkt weniger. Alle Mitarbeiter waren aber sehr freundlich und bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was also enjoyable. The facilities were in need of upgrades, carpets were worn out and walls needed repaired and painted. Rooms on street side were pretty noisy from traffic. Rooms on other side much quieter. Only stayed one night. Was not disappointed, but not overly impressed either.

Cute little hotel with very friendly staff. We just found it was a little too far from Galway proper as we like to do a lot of walking. Definitely a nice hotel and would recommend.
