"Staff was wonderful as was the buffet and bar. The beds were not comfortable and we had to ask for towels and blankets. The AC dripped water all night and the bidet was broken and sprayed water everywhere. It was very close to the airport but not easy to get to because of the roads, and also no Uber ..."

"The staff was not friendly nor cordial starting with the property manager, reported water leak in our bathroom and it was not fixed or even attended the problem. Breakfast had spoiled fruits with unwashed trays every single day (6 days in a row)."
