"This property is in the best location. Walking access to everything. The rooms were clean the AC worked and the staff was extremely helpful. Lorenzo and Martina made the stay exeptional. With their help we easily accessed restaurants and bars. The only draw back is it's in a limited driving zone and the hotel has no on site parking so we had to park about a 10-15 minute walk away to the parking citadel which was tough with the amount of luggage we had. With that said, it was worth the hassle....

"Sehr nette Besitzer die einen alles zeigten, sichere Parkplätze und Abstellmöglichkeiten fürs Fahrrad, schöner Garten, tolle und großzügige Zimmer, sehr schöner Frühstücksraum und gutes Frühstück. Man kann sich Aperitivo bestellen und im Garten genießen - alles super. Hinterm Haus ist ein schöner Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten, im Sommer sicher ein toller Ort um sich zu entspannen."

"Check In super funktioniert. Kaffee und Wasser wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider hast du nie wirklich Ruhe, weil man alles durchhört, selbst wenn die Zimmernachbarn leise reden, hört man jedes Wort… die Nächte waren dadurch eher schlaflos "

"Ein sehr schöner Balkon. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle sind vor Ort. Einchecken total Problemlos übers Handy möglich. Der Service war zum Teil etwas verschlossen und nicht wirklich willkommen heißend. "

We received the instructions via WhatsApp on how to get in, and they were ok to follow. However, we missed the expected human touch at the arrival."

"We were told they were not serving breakfast until next week. We would have been ok with that, but I don't like being told it's available when it is not. I suspect it is because we were the only people staying in the hotel. There should be some indication in the advertisement that breakfast is not always available."

"The hotel was well located. Easy access but not right in the middle of everything which is what we prefer. There were some lovely restaurants around the hotel area. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The only thing we didn’t like were the breakfasts. They were really sub par which was disappointing and quite unusual."

"We had a wonderful stay. Ivano and his team made us feel right at home and helped us with dinner reservations and taxis. Their location is ideal and perfect to see all the sights in Verona! I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. "
