"This is an excellent 5-star hotel in downtown Vancouver, our suites were clean, the staff were very welcoming. They are very helpful and take all effort to make your stay comfortable. The location is great, many eateries nearby, and close to Stanley Park, aquarium etc. Parking is tough since it is downtown, but valet parking is available. The staff are the highlight of the hotel!"
