"Very good ski resort for family"

"Almost never anyone at front desk. Smoky smell from bathroom. Shower water is not hot."

"Check in, staff and room great!"

"The rooms where clean and tidy, bottled water and coffee was provided daily and the staff were all very polite and cheerful!"

"Had plenty of stores and places to go near by. "

"Great time with the family"

"Very nice and clean hotel"

"생각외로 좋앗음!! 만족 가격도 그렇고 근데 익스피디아랑 호텔측 체크인 시간이 달라서 뭔가 문제가 있었음… 그래도 직원분이 일찍 체크인해주심"

"Great stay. I wish there was a coffee machine in room. Everything else was extraordinary. Great team that goes beyond to support us."

"Good location near lake. More dining option desirable."

"Breakfast was good ànd convient."

"The loft room wasn’t cleaned properly. Dusty handrails, and corners. Parking could be a problem if you check in late at night, but they have spacious spaces for bigger vehicles like vans. Did not get to use other amenities because it’s a late check in and early out. The lady at the front desk was nice and speaks excellent English. Overall would stay again as its proximity to Everland. They have a store onsite too, not a 7/11 but they have enough."
