Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Gangseo-gu

"Booked two rooms for the night and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and new everything looked. Very easy to sign in and the staff was really helpful, especially after I misplaced my room key. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room, but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...

"It was impossible to contact the staff in a timely manner. The fire alarm went off and no one was there to assist us. There are only small towels provided. Otherwise everything else was OK."

"Everything was great!"
