"Excellent hotel. Our room was clean and roomy. Loved access to amenities and bottled water anytime we needed. We chose the option to include breakfast and it was excellent. So many options and a great combination of Korean and North American food. Lots of vegetables and fruit. Would highly recommend this hotel which was also very central in Myeongdong."

"Our stay at The Botanik was an amazing one. The room was spotless, beds were comfortable (maybe a bit too firm for a couple of us), the AC worked perfectly, and amenities were great. The room was sound proof. Our next door neighbor was having a part with music loudly playing. We could hear the music in the hallway, but not a sound was heard in our room!! The staff was welcoming, courteous, and informative."

"Clean room, courteous staff, excellent Wi-Fi as it is in just about everywhere in Korea. Especially liked divided hard tile/wood floor. Loved their hygiene products. I wanted to buy their lotion but it wasn't available for sale. Very convenient location by the Korean National Assembly Building subway station. I was too busy to try their restaurant this time but I hope to try it next time. There was some noise around 8am-9am outside for political marketing/complaint but it didn't bother us."

"The property was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The amenities, such as the outdoor pool, were unfortunately closed. Coffee/ cafes did not open until 9am making it challenging for early risers like myself. The dinner options closed early without many healthy options and no take away options. For the price paid I would choose another hotel nearby in the future."

"My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. Having a bath was a bonus especially after a raining long day. The breakfast was delicious and a great introduction to Korean food and the staff always welcomed you warmly. I will always try to book this hotel when I come to Gangnam again."
