"Excellent food! Friendly and professional staff!"

"Excellent"

"Amazing place to stay. Build in 2025, so all new modern style fixture. Helpful staff"

"Not much for the price per night."

"Staff was very courteous and did the best they could but the place was poorly staffed. Restaurant was insufficiently staffed and did not offer menu items for dinner - instead offered a some items verbally to choose from. Room was not lighted well, insufficient towels, liquid soap bottles unmarked. Coffee machine was there but no coffee. Overall not a pleasant experience - it was far from being a luxury hotel and overpriced for what the hotel offered."

"Clean place, polite staff and good food."

"Reception staff were not professional enough. Issues with wifi password and daily validation of access card if we stay more than oneday. No clear instructions of it when we checked in. Food was okay. Rooms are clean. However it is hard to recommend because of overall experience."

"wifi is choppy ; otherwise good place with decent breakfast. Recommended "

"Staff not cooperative. There is no elevator so it’s not elderly or physically disabled friendly Paid for different given different room offer no refund or apologies "

"Booked through Expedia. Cannot believe they chose to list this property. I do not trust this platform anymore, cos it feels like any timbuk property of any quality can list themselves on Expedia for money. Am appalled to say the least. The least comfortable stay ever, you are paying premium prices for a motel like stay."

"i went there with my family last week. I prioritised the property as per the reviews in Google and other sites about the property. I got 4.3 rating in almost every sites. But now I am thinking that if this hotel have the rating 4.3 in 5, what is the conditions of other hotels at Thanjavur. Cleanliness is very poor. Glasses placed inside the hototel rooms are not at all clean. The most terrible thing is they the hotel staffs have no idea about the booking and changes we need in rooms as we...

"We had a very good stay. Clean rooms, very courteous and helpful staff. Amenities are also quite good. Room stvice is.excellent . Food is also very tasty. On the whole, we had a very pleasant stay. This hotel is centrally located and is very conveniet. I highly recommend Raya's Annnexe."

"KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort."

"Never again "

"The hotel as it is was very good. The amenities meant for the driver could be improved including breakfast. Too many flies while eating breakfast. Very well maintained property"
