"O edifício tem acessibilidade complicada (cheio de degraus na entrada e lobby, e um elevador limitado). A entrada no edifício é complicada, o reconhecimento facial não reconheceu ninguém em nenhum dos momentos (para entrar e SAIR!!) e a equipe de vigias, atrás do vidro pareciam ignorar as pessoas até nos fazermos notar.

"Infelizmente, minha experiência neste hotel não foi positiva. O corredor tinha um cheiro forte de mofo, o que já causava desconforto logo na chegada. A academia é praticamente inexistente, contando apenas com uma esteira posicionada em frente aos quartos, sem paredes que oferecessem privacidade. Inclusive, às 6h da manhã já havia alguém utilizando a esteira, mesmo que o horário de funcionamento informado fosse a partir das 9h, o que prejudicou o descanso.
