"Positive was the helpful staff, especially when I had a late flight where they secured our bags and arranged for transport to the airport -this was excellent. Negatives -a ridiculous mandatory daily surcharge for coffee is not right when coffee is available on the corner or at one of the local shops for a fraction of the mandatory surcharge. Having a 17 floor hotel where 1 of your ancient elevators is not working for months on end is not how you build a good business model. Having loose tiles...

"Well located in a quiet area. Close to subway station and places to eat and shop. Very close to natural history museum and Central Park. The room was very quiet A small refrigerator would have been ideal."
