"We would give the Langham and their staff a 100 stars if that was available. Every member of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The front desk staff person who checked us in was incredibly kind by upgrading us to a junior suite after inquiring about our 20th anniversary stay. The junior suite was absolutely amazing front the views to the enormous bathroom with soaking tub to the most comfy bed. The room had everything you wanted or needed. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
