"A little oasis away from everything . We really enjoyed a few days here . We didn’t have to leave for anything . Coffee , lunch and dinner . Food was amazing , the beach had umbrellas and chairs and towels provided . Definitely will be back"

"Beautiful property on the beach with comfortable beds. Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful."

Quick response to bathtub not draining properly.
Proximity to Aventura Mall and adequate parking swayed my decision to stay at this property.
Room without complimentary drinking water. 2 bottles therefore requested from front desk on same night as check in; they were the only ones provided. Not advised of hotel's policy regarding complimentary bottled water.
Room not cleaned during 2 nights stay nor policy...

"Very clean! Excellent breakfast! Free happy hour! Steps from the beach! Nice pool! Parking garage is kind of cramped but to be expected. They have oversize parking on the North End of the building.
