"The hotel its self was alright. The room was a nice size. We had a pull out couch but with no sheets or pillows to use with it. We requested them 3 times and the finally brought them at midnight. We have 3 small children, so we just went out and got our own. We also requested more towels twice and never got them. The fire alarm went off a total of 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed there. "The elevators were down. I was not notified until after I arrived. I have an injured knee and could not carry my bags up several flights of stairs. I canceled and had to go elsewhere using an inflated last minute rate."

"I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve"
