"Nice renovation from the Quality Inn I was told it used to be. Beautiful bar, Hearth and Vine, loved the local artwork all over the hotel. Room was clean and staff members were very nice and welcoming."

"We were charged an extra $15 because we had a 3rd person that I had already disclosed in the booking and had already paid the extra taxes and fees for etc. The shower had no drain stop, just a wide open hole. The shower also had a bunch of little hairs on the wall as if someone had shaved recently and the shower wasn’t wiped down. All 3 of us slept terribly as well. The pillows were very strange, they were the size of a decorative pillow (so square and half the size of a regular pillow). The...

"Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."
